Basic architecture put into place.

Todo: make the gem objects.

Added in a crapload of features to allow immortals to ostat and oset gems.

Also added in gem cost initialization code.

Made the command to allow players to check the worth of a gem item, as well as sell it to a gem dealer.

Redid gem worth formula slightly.

Wrote code to generate random value of gem to drop based on mob's level and stuff.

Still need to write code to actually generate a gem object.
