Task Information: Player Vaults

Details: In an attempt to reduce large-scale hoarding, and provide fair services to everybody, we want to implement player vaults. These will be extremely secure locations for players to store items.

Leader offices will be eliminated in about a week after vaults go into service.

NOTE: while I THINK the vaults are stable, I *cannot guarantee* at this time that every item stored will come out exactly as it was entered. Every test case I've been through has worked, and I've been through a lot. I've put in objects with extra descriptions, I've put in stable notes, I've put in objects with extra affect_data on them, I've put in restrings... nothing has gone wrong. However, I cannot yet rule out the possibility of something going wrong.

For this reason, before adding an object to your vault, if you have ANY suspicions whatsoever that something might go wrong - e.g. your object is unusual somehow - please write down your object stats somewhere in case there is an issue. I cannot guarantee that all objects will (or even can) be restored in the event of a vault failure, but the more details you can provide concerning your object, the better chances there will be of fixing it.

The vaults are saved every single time an item is added or removed. Therefore, they should never lose data, once an operation is sucessfully completed.

Fixed a problem where renames were not being reloaded correctly after a vault was recreated from XML.
